Job Title: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short and long-form video content for campaigns, product launches, influencers, fashion lookbooks, social media, and more.
  • Create dynamic and engaging edits tailored to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, etc.).
  • Handle color correction, audio leveling, and export formats optimized for performance.


2. Motion Graphics

  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, transitions, lower-thirds, typographic animations, and explainer content.
  • Develop brand-aligned motion templates for team-wide use.
  • Collaborate with art direction and copywriting teams to bring scripts and moodboards to life through animation


3. Graphic Design Integration

  • Support campaigns and creative sprints with static graphics, layout design, and social templates.
  • Apply a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, type, and composition across formats.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency in brand expression across motion and static content.


4. Creative Collaboration

  • Participate in conceptualizing sessions with art directors, content strategists, and stylists.
  • Contribute proactively with visual and storytelling ideas that elevate the output.
  • Interpret briefs creatively while staying aligned with brand tone and objectives.


Qualification & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, ideally in fashion, beauty, or youth culture-driven brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, sound syncing, and color theory.
  • Ability to edit with a mobile-first mindset and awareness of platform trends.
  • Experience creating assets for both motion and static formats (e.g., thumbnails, animated stories, product cutdowns).
  • Portfolio that showcases versatility in editing, motion, and design.
  • Experience with 3D, AI-based animation tools, or Figma.
  • Photography or cinematography skills.
  • Sound design or VO mixing proficiency.
  • Previous work with E-com or digital-first fashion brands.
