Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos, primarily for YouTube long-form and short-form content.

Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos

Apply cuts, transitions, visual effects, sound design, and color grading

Incorporate motion graphics and subtitles when required

Follow client instructions and reference materials accurately

Manage revisions efficiently while maintaining quality

Meet project deadlines consistently

Ensure a high standard of quality across all deliverables

Requirements

Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

Proven experience in editing YouTube-style content with a focus on audience retention

Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design

Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English

Preferred Skills

Experience in motion graphics or animation

Thumbnail design capabilities (optional)

Familiarity with social media trends and audience engagement strategies
