Video Editor (On-Site – West Hollywood, CA)

We are hiring a high-level Video Editor to own video execution across multiple brands and channels.

This is a fully in-office role in West Hollywood , Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is not remote. This is not hybrid.

If you are not an expert in video content, this role is not for you.

You will be responsible for editing and producing content at a high volume and high standard across:

• Multiple YouTube channels (long-form)
• Multiple social platforms (short-form: Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

This is not just editing — this is content ownership .

You will also be expected to:

• Shoot content regularly with the team
• Capture B-roll and real-time footage
• Travel when needed for content production

If you are only comfortable editing and not shooting, this is not the right role.

• You know how to edit YouTube videos that retain attention
• You understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention curves
• You can produce fast, dynamic, modern edits without overthinking
• You can manage multiple channels and deadlines at once
• You can take direction and execute quickly and cleanly
• You stay current with trends, formats, and editing styles
  

• You have 5+ years of experience in video editing (senior-level only)
• You have worked on YouTube channels and understand what performs
• You have a portfolio with both long-form and short-form content
• You are comfortable shooting content and working on set
• You can handle multiple brands and content pipelines simultaneously
• You are detail-oriented but also fast and efficient
  

• Your own high-performance computer for editing
• Your own camera and ability to shoot content regularly
  

• In-office, West Hollywood (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM)
• No remote / no hybrid
• Portfolio required — no exceptions
• Must be senior-level
• Must be comfortable shooting + editing
• Must be comfortable managing multiple channels and content streams
• Must be open to occasional travel for shoots
