Video Editor (Remote - Islamabad)

We are looking for a high-caliber Video Editor to help scale the visual identity of our flagship educational platforms and digital presence. You won’t just be "editing videos"—you will be crafting narratives that inspire, educate, and convert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Micro-Content Mastery: Transform long-form workshops, webinars, and lectures into high-impact Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
• Educational Excellence: Edit structured course content, ensuring the pacing keeps students engaged from start to finish.
• Narrative Pacing: Use sound design, color grading, and strategic cuts to build tension and deliver "aha!" moments.
• Visual Hooking: Create compelling intros and concepts for thumbnails that drive high click-through rates.
• Style Adaptability: Be able to pivot from clean, professional business layouts (Frank Kern style) to gritty, high-energy social edits.

Requirements:

• Experience: Competency matters, experience in years not required.
• Technical Mastery: High quality video edits required. Premiere/AfterEffects is a Plus, actually.

NOTE:

This is a REMOTE Job but you will be asked to show up for meetings and/or important discussions in our office in E-11 Sector, Islamabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
