Job Title: Post-Production Editor (Short-Form)
Location: Hybrid – Nashville, TN preferred (remote possible for the right fit)

This is a post-production only role for someone hungry to grow, obsessed with storytelling, and ready to produce edits that command attention.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that’s built to go viral.
• Execute with Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve only (non-negotiable).
• Add captions, transitions, sound design, and story pacing to maximize watch time.
• Optimize edits for distribution across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Work fast, take feedback well, and deliver high-quality edits on deadline.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven editing experience with a strong portfolio (short-form + YouTube required).
• Premiere Pro/DR mastery — this is non-negotiable, it’s our standard.
• Understanding of short-form storytelling and YouTube structure.
• Creative instincts for what stops the scroll and keeps people hooked.
• Detail-oriented, quick, and obsessed with clean, powerful edits.
• Ambitious — hungry to grow with a team that’s scaling quickly.
