About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Short-Form Video Editor to produce high-quality, engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate understands fast-paced editing, trending formats, and how to keep viewers hooked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, effects, transitions, and engaging motion elements
• Repurpose long-form videos into impactful short clips
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all videos
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends and viral styles
• Deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining top quality

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong storytelling and pacing skills for short-form platforms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines
