🚀 About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Video Editor to support 51Talk’s performance marketing efforts in the Middle East market.

This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven video editor who understands performance ads, user attention logic, and conversion-oriented storytelling. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing video ad creatives across major information-flow platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Performance Video Production: Independently edit and deliver high-conversion video creatives for information-flow advertising campaigns.
• Creative Ideation & Execution : Develop compelling video concepts based on market trends, user behavior, and performance data, and execute them efficiently.
• Platform Optimization: Customize creatives for different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring compliance with platform policies and best practices.
• Data Tracking & Iteration: Track key metrics including CTR, CVR, and engagement, analyze results, and continuously iterate creatives based on performance feedback.
• Competitor & Trend Analysis: Monitor competitors’ ad creatives and industry trends, extracting insights to improve creative effectiveness.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with media buyers and creative team members to respond quickly to campaign needs and accelerate testing cycles.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Media / Advertising / Design preferred)
• 2+ years experience in performance or information-flow video editing
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut , etc.
• Basic filming skills are a plus
• Strong understanding of viral logic, hooks, and conversion-driven editing for Paid Ads
• Data-driven, fast-executing, and well-organized

🌍 Language & Culture

• Fluent Arabic with strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture
• Good English for working with international teams
