Video Editor & Team Lead | Cinematic Expert

The Visuals Lab is seeking a Pro-Level Senior Video Editor & Team Lead to head our dynamic post production department.

You’ll be managing a team of 6 skilled editors, driving creative direction, and delivering cinematic, high-quality content for international clients.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just a great editor but a creative leader someone who knows storytelling, pacing, transitions, VFX, and motion graphics inside out, and can inspire the team to deliver excellence.

If you can turn raw footage into emotion-driven stories and lead others to do the same we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of 6 video editors to ensure top-tier creative output.
• Edit cinematic, visually stunning videos that tell compelling stories.
• Design motion graphics, transitions, and VFX in After Effects.
• Implement AI-powered tools to boost productivity and creativity.
• Collaborate with the creative director on project concepts and visual direction.
• Maintain quality control, deadlines, and workflow efficiency across projects.
• Mentor and train junior editors to improve skill levels and consistency
• Location: Sindhi Muslim Block A, 13D – Karachi
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) | Sunday Off

Requirements:

• Male candidate only.
• 3-4+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or post-production.
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of editors.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and AI editing tools.
• Deep understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Strong sense of color grading, sound syncing, and transitions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be Karachi-based and able to work on-site.
