Supervisor Cosmetics / Health & Beauty

ChaseValue is a renowned retail sector is looking for a Supervisor for our Cosmetics Department to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Ensure the department delivers a premium shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of products.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and manage stockroom operations.
• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and create action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate and promote cosmetics products effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate.
• Proven experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics or beauty products, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Passionate about beauty and staying updated on the latest trends and products.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
