RTC Digital Solutions is looking for a creative professional who can both shoot and edit high-quality video content for marketing and branding campaigns.

If you have strong production and post-production skills — this role is for you.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: K Block, Gulberg III

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos
• Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio recording
• Capture office activities, marketing campaigns, and promotional shoots
• Edit videos with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design
• Perform color grading and audio enhancement
• Create engaging short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content
• Collaborate with marketing team for campaign alignment
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high production standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both videography and video editing
• Strong camera handling and video recording skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
