Video Editor & Video Shooter

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting

• Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and mobile phones
• Handle framing, lighting, and basic audio during shoots
• Shoot reels, interviews, site videos, testimonials, and promotional content
• Coordinate with the marketing/content team for shoot requirements

Video Editing

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and Ads
• Add transitions, subtitles, music, basic motion graphics, and color correction
• Optimize videos as per platform formats.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content

Content Support

• Suggest creative angles, hooks, and visual ideas
• Maintain a basic content library and raw footage archive
• Assist in improving video quality and storytelling

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of After Effects (titles, motion, effects)
• Understanding of social media video trends
• Camera handling and basic lighting knowledge
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate / brand / social media content
• Knowledge of reels performance and audience engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
