About the Hiring Company
Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing Digital Marketing & Development Agency offering services across website design and development, SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid campaigns. They are results-driven, innovative, and work with clients across industries and geographies.
They are now looking to onboard a Video Editor who is creative, disciplined, and eager to gain hands-on experience working on real client projects.

Role Overview
The Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality videos from raw footage, videography, screen recordings, and stock assets.
The role involves working on both short-form and long-form content, with video durations ranging from under 60 seconds to 10–15 minutes. However, the majority of deliverables will be short-to-mid-length videos (under 3–4 minutes), especially for marketing and advertising purposes.
This opportunity is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who already have basic editing skills and want to sharpen them in a professional agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Edit videos from raw footage, videography, screen recordings, and stock clips.
Create engaging video creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Work on videos ranging from quick promotional clips to in-depth content up to 10–15 minutes.
Edit videos for industries such as Medical & Healthcare, Doctors & Clinics, Technology, SAAS, Digital Marketing, Business, and Service-Based Brands.
Add transitions, text overlays, captions, background music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics where required.
Optimize videos for different platforms, including social media, websites, and paid advertising formats.
Ensure videos meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.

Requirements
Open to college students, freshers, or recent graduates with hands-on video editing experience.
Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic), CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and viewer retention - especially for short-form videos.
Ability to convert unedited footage into structured, engaging content.
Willingness to iterate quickly and improve based on reviews and performance feedback.
Ability to commit 45–50 hours per week in a 6-day work structure.
Precision in cuts, audio levels, captions, formatting, and final exports.
