Video Production

• Shoot high-quality videos for:
• Social media ads (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Business promotions
• Testimonials & case studies
• Service explainer videos
• Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio recording
• Plan shoots based on marketing objectives, not just visuals

Video Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong storytelling
• Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, effects, and sound design
• Create high-retention reels and ad creatives
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, hooks, pacing)

AI Video Creation (Major Role Requirement)

• Convert photos into videos using AI tools
• Create AI-generated B-roll, scenes, backgrounds, and animations
• Use AI for:
• Face animation
• Talking head videos
• AI avatars
• Voiceovers
• Script-to-video workflows
• Blend real footage + AI visuals seamlessly

Creative & Strategy Contribution

• Suggest video hooks, concepts, and storytelling angles
• Understand ad psychology (attention, emotion, CTA)
• Repurpose content into multiple formats

Required SkillsVideo & Editing

• Strong knowledge of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (basic motion graphics)
• CapCut / DaVinci Resolve (added advantage)
• Understanding of color grading and sound design

AI Video Tools (Mandatory)

Candidate must know how to use AI video platforms such as:

• Runway ML
• Pika Labs
• HeyGen / Synthesia
• Midjourney / Leonardo (for visual assets)
• D-ID / Kaiber / Luma AI
• ChatGPT (for scripting workflows)
• AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or similar)

Technical Skills

• Camera handling (DSLR / Mirrorless)
• Lighting setup knowledge
• Audio basics (mic setup, noise control)
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, exports

Experience Required

• 1–3 years in video shooting & editing

OR

• Strong portfolio proving skills in:
• AI-generated videos
• Social media ads
• Reels / short-form content
