This is a night shift 7 pm - 4 am!

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 - 90,000/month based on experience.

Location: Rawalpindi

Upscayle is looking for experienced Graphic Designers + Video Editors to join our team.

If you're passionate about storytelling through visuals, up-to-date with design trends, and capable of working across different creative tools, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Design engaging static and animated graphics for social media, branding, and promotional materials.
• Must be able to deliver results in a very fast paced environmen.
• Manage project timelines and maintain organized media assets.
• Ensure consistent visual branding across all design outputs.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in both video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.
• Experience in social media content creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work both independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, multimedia, or related field.

• Video Editing Reel (60 - 90 seconds) showing your editing style, pacing, motion graphics.

Working Hours and Schedule:

• Full-time Monday to Friday 7 pm - 4 am

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: PKR 60,000 - 90,000/month

Annual Increments: Based on performance review
