Graphic Designer (Night Shift)
Timings: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Duty)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visual content, with experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality materials, including brochures, infographics, website graphics, and social media creatives, to communicate complex medical or scientific information effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver designs aligned with business objectives.
• Website Design Support: Create website graphics and contribute to web design projects to enhance user engagement.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain design consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience with a strong design portfolio; healthcare or medical billing industry experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiar with web design principles.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present concepts and adapt based on feedback.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and precision in design.
