Portal Lounge, a next-generation airport lounge by Gameway, is hiring Video Game Lounge Attendants to support daily operations at its new MSP location.

Lounge Attendants play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-prepared environment so guests can relax, play, and enjoy their time between flights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open & Close the Realm: Perform start-up and shutdown rituals to prepare the arena for players and set the stage for the next shift.
• Welcome New Adventurers: Be an extremely welcoming host. Engage with hundreds of strangers and introduce the value of Gameway for their layover. Meet sales objectives.
• Clean the Battlefield: Keep all stations free of food, trash, and distractions, dust and vacuum daily to maintain the perfect playing field.
• Maintain the Gear: Keep consoles, TVs, controllers, and headsets updated, cleaned, and battle-ready. Report any tech glitches to the Guild Master.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of PC's, PlayStation/Xbox consoles, and all the newest and most popular games.
• Be extremely reliable to show up for your shifts on time, every time
• Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks independently, and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
• Pass a background check for the badging required by the airport
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout shifts

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays, due to airport operations.
