Video Lead Director - Remote

We’re looking for a talented Video Director who wants to showcase his creative abilities. A Director who wants to help shape the future of how brands tell stories, using AI tools and imagination to create visuals that nobody has seen before.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team and guide and direct engaging short-form and video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, understands modern editing trends, and can direct videos quickly while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation of 5+ short-form/short-ad content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Linkedin, etc.
• Develop creative vision aligned with brand and audience goals.
• Guide AI producers in blending traditional and AI shot techniques.
• Mentor AI producers to foster creativity and quick iteration.
• Collaborate with content strategist to align with brand style.
• Review and approve videos to maintain high creative standards.
• Ensure fast turnaround on all videos
• Maintain quality control on final videos
• Stay updated on trends, AI tools, ways to improve workflow and speed, and content generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in directing or producing video content.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of social media video trends.
• Passion for pushing creative boundaries.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; Arabic subtitle experience is a plus
• Experience with AI video tools and AI-generated content (bonus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with branding, thumbnails, and social media content packaging
• Interest in topics like business, entertainment, memes, trends, leadership, or personal development
• Experience working on videos for the Saudi market and dialect
• Capability to repurpose content into Arabic voiceovers or subtitles (optional)

Compensation & Work Environment:

• Location: Egypt
• Work Schedule: 8 hr/day Monday to Friday (11 PM - 7 PM Türkiye Time), and 4 hr on Saturday.
• Budget: $600-$800/month (bonus based on output quality)
