Video Producer

About the Role

Shock Therapy Suspension is looking for a creative, driven Video Producer to lead the creation of high-impact visual content across social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns. From the shop floor to the dunes, you’ll capture the performance, precision, and personality that define our brand and identity as a leader in the off-road suspension industry.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for offroading, and knows how to turn powerful visuals into engaging digital content.

What You'll Do

• Film and edit high-quality video content (shop footage, product features, events, live shows, vehicle testing)
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Create 5-15 minute product videos and installation guides for YouTube
• Capture cinematic product shots and lifestyle content
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns
• Manage content calendar and assist with social media posting strategy
• Stay current on social trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
• Travel to events as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of video production experience
• Strong editing skills (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Ability to shoot in dynamic environments (desert, shop, events)
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling
• Self-starter who can manage projects independently
• Comfortable working around off-road vehicles and shop environments
• Knowledge of Sony, Canon and GoPro camera systems
• Capable of executing studio-quality lighting and audio recording
• Drone experience a plus
• Photography skills a plus
