Video Producer/Editor

We are looking for an experienced video producer to join our team. Our company is located in Tempe, AZ and specializes in professional sports and corporate work Specifically in commercial, branding, and documentary driven projects. The ideal candidate will be well rounded in producing, shooting, and editing. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who understands the entire production from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Above all a strong shooter, and editor.
• Manage and coordinate audio, lighting, and understand set standards.
• Schedule and oversee video shoots
• Oversee the post-production process, including editing, graphics, and sound design
• Ensure video projects meet the client’s needs and expectations
• Monitor creative performances and provide feedback to ensure top quality
• Work within budget and timeline constraints
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends
• Be a team player- we are a smaller company which provides opportunity to grow but also an open mindset to work with your team in accomplishing the overall goals.
• Travel will be needed. We typically run around 10 projects out of state or country per year.

We have a talented team and overall are looking to add another well rounded member to the team that can be focused more as a producer on larger shoots but be able to jump into the shooting + editing roles when needed on smaller projects. Bonus would be any experience with stills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in video production
• Proven experience in producing quality content.
• Excellent communication skills and ability
• Experience with Sony Cinema ( FX6, FX9 primary cameras), Davinci Resolve, AE Suite.

Ex: If you work a shoot on a sat and already worked mon-fri you would bank your 8-10 hour shoot day into your flex time to be used for sick, vacation, or personal leave time.

Pay: 65-85k depending on experience and qualifications.
