Video Production Specialist

About the Role

PopdockAI (www.popdock.ai) needs a Video Production Specialist who can translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling video content. This is a dedicated production role — not a generalist creative position. You'll develop deep fluency in PopdockAI and own end-to-end production across six content series:

1. Foundation: Why PopdockAI — the problem with alternatives

2. Feature Deep Dive: One video per major capability or connector

3. Use Case Showcase: Role-based scenario walkthroughs

4. Outcome Reels: Decision-stage, outcome-focused content

5. Onboarding: Getting started with new features

6. Training: In-depth how-to content (15–30 min)

What You'll Do

• Script, record, edit, and publish videos across all six series — from 60-second reels to 30-minute training modules
• Conduct live screen recordings and demo captures within PopdockAI
• Maintain a rolling production calendar aligned to releases and campaign priorities
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Track performance metrics and build a library of reusable assets

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years producing professional video content (scripting, recording, editing)
• Knowledge and experience with AI, and Claude in particular.
• Experience with using AI to across every aspect of video production.
• Experience explaining technical software clearly on camera and in narration
• Proficiency with screen recording tools (Loom, Camtasia, OBS, or equivalent)
• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
• Self-directed with the ability to manage a multi-project calendar independently

Preferred

• SaaS or product demo video experience
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, integration platforms, or enterprise AI
• Knowledge of MCP, integration platforms, or data governance concepts
• Motion graphics experience (After Effects, Camtasia callouts, or similar)

What Success Looks Like

• 90 days: Product immersion complete, first two Foundation videos delivered, production calendar established
• Ongoing: Consistent output across series that supports pipeline, trial activation, and customer onboarding

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
