Videographer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Videographer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing professional-quality video content that highlights properties, promotes our brand, and engages investors and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties (both interior and exterior).
• Produce engaging video tours, drone footage, and promotional content for listings and social media.
• Collaborate with agents, property managers, and the marketing team to plan shoots that reflect the unique features of each property.
• Edit raw footage into clean, professional videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Incorporate branding, transitions, voiceovers, background music, and motion graphics where appropriate.
• Optimize videos for use across multiple platforms (website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage and archive video files in an organized, efficient manner.
• Stay current on real estate marketing trends and visual storytelling techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer/editor (portfolio or reel required).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and real estate filming techniques.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
