Kynda Creative is a full-service creative and content production agency based in Dubai, specializing in crafting high-impact, culturally resonant content for the MENA and GCC markets. We partner with some of the region's most exciting brands (like OKX, Asics, and Talabat) to tell their stories through stunning video, photography, and design. We are a passionate, fast-paced team, and we're looking for an exceptional creative to join us.

The Role

We're on the hunt for a seriously talented Videographer to jump in with our Dubai crew for a 3-month contract. Your mission? Get behind the lens and help us create high-impact, story-driven content for some of the region's coolest brands.

You'll be in the thick of it, from setting up the perfect shot to delivering the awesome footage to our awesome editors!

We're not just looking for a temp—we're looking for a keeper. Absolutely smash it, and there's a full-time spot with your name on it waiting at the finish line.

What You'll Do

• Operate as the lead camera operator or as part of a larger crew for various projects, from social media content to commercial shoots.
• Set up and operate professional cameras, lighting (e.g., Aputure, Godox), and audio equipment (e.g., RODE, Sennheiser).
• Collaborate closely with our creative director and producers to understand the project brief and execute the creative vision.
• Manage and organize raw footage and prepare it for the post-production team.
• Assist with video editing, color grading, and sound design as needed.
• Maintain all production equipment, ensuring it's in excellent working order.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques, and technologies in the region.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Valid UAE Residence Visa: You must have your own visa (e.g., freelance, spouse, or parent sponsorship) and be ableto provide a NOC.
• Location: You must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Portfolio (Showreel): A strong, dynamic portfolio that showcases your technical skills, creative eye, and experience with commercial and branded content.
• Experience: 2-3+ years of professional experience as a videographer, ideally within a creative agency or production house.
• Technical Skills: Expertise with professional cinema cameras (e.g., Sony FX series, RED, Canon C-series), gimbals (e.g., DJI Ronin), and professional lighting/audio setups.
• Vibe Check: Passed. We're looking for someone with a fantastic, "get-it-done" attitude. You see challenges as puzzles, not problems
