VIDEOGRAPHER

JOB SUMMARY

The Videographer is responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that supports the company’s branding, marketing, training, and communication needs. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, social media, events, and internal communications
• Operate video cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
• Set up and manage lighting, sound, and camera angles to ensure high production quality
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to understand content requirements
• Maintain and organize video files and media libraries
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are followed in all video content
• Cover company events, promotions, training sessions, and special projects
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Knowledge of social media video formats and trends is an advantage

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (experience level can be adjusted as per requirement)

WORK CONDITIONS

• May require flexible working hours based on events and projects
• On-site and off-site shooting as required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Portfolio or sample work is mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
