Videographer

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality, cinematic footage using professional gimbal systems to ensure smooth and dynamic visuals
• Film, organize, and structure video content into compelling, story-driven sequences
• Perform advanced color grading to maintain a consistent aesthetic aligned with project objectives
• Conduct on-location and studio photography sessions as required
• Execute professional photo editing and high-end retouching
• Design, set up, and manage lighting configurations tailored to various production environments
• Review and refine scripts or creative briefs prior to filming when applicable
• Plan and coordinate shoot schedules, managing a minimum of 4–5 productions per week
• Supervise and guide freelance videographers and photographers when engaged
• Maintain systematic organization and secure backup of raw and final project files
• Enforce consistent file naming conventions and structured folder hierarchies across projects
• Upload and manage media assets on shared platforms (e.g., Google Drive) in a timely and organized manner

Technical Proficiency

Software Expertise:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut

Equipment Operation:

• Professional-grade cameras and stabilization systems
• Audio recording and monitoring equipment
• Studio and on-location lighting kits, adaptable to varied production requirements

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Proven experience in professional videography and photography
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality and diverse visual projects
• Excellent organizational and digital asset management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities
• Prior experience in marketing will be considered an added advantage
