Automotive Content Creator - Videographer

Job Summary: We're looking for a creative Automotive Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can produce a high volume of engaging short form video and photo content. The ideal candidate stays on top of trending formats and sounds and knows how to turn automotive products into scroll stopping content. You'll be responsible for ideation, shooting and editing content for various social platforms. Additionally, you will share responsibility for website photography and paid media creation. If you're passionate about off-road vehicles and can make content that gets people excited, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create a high volume of short form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) on a consistent schedule
• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging automotive content from concept to finish
• Stay current on social media trends, viral formats, memes, and sounds and quickly adapt them for our brands
• Capture dynamic product footage in the shop, in the field and on the trail
• Capture product photography to be used in the website image galleries
• Ideate, shoot and edit product focused paid media that converts
• Create supporting still photography and graphics for social posts as needed
• Some travel to film at off-road events and trade shows is required

Necessary Skills:

• Proven experience creating short form video content for social media
• Comfortable and efficient with camera, audio recording, and lighting equipment/techniques
• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro & After Effects or DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience with photo editing software (mostly Lightroom for color grading)
• Ability to work quickly and produce a high volume of quality content in a fast-paced environment
• Creative storytelling ability that knows how to hook viewers in the first few seconds
• Time management (ability to deliver complete, ready to use photos/videos)
• Equipment is provided, but you are always welcome to bring your own in addition

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating content for automotive, off-road, or outdoor/adventure brands
• Knowledge and passion for the off-road, overland, or automotive aftermarket industry
• Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, etc.)
• Photography skills for product and lifestyle shoots
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
