The Videographer / Photographer owns visual content production for the firm. This is not a task-execution role. You are responsible for a content function - its output, quality, consistency, and growth. Every video and photo asset that represents Armada Law in the world goes through you. You will work closely with the Director of Organic Growth and the Social Media Manager to plan, produce, and deliver content that reflects who we are and moves the people we serve.

Every piece of content that leaves this team should be something we are proud to put in front of a client, a judge, or a potential hire. That is the standard. We are not aiming for minimum viable—we are aiming for excellent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing software
• Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit across formats: long-form, short-form social, testimonial, and event content
• Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and multi-platform delivery specs
• Experience directing or coaching on-camera talent into natural, relaxed performances
• Reliable, proactive communicator with a track record of meeting deadlines and surfacing problems early
• Portfolio demonstrating range, quality, and consistency

Preferred

• Experience producing content for professional services, legal, or mission-driven organizations
• Familiarity with short-form social platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and their distinct editing conventions
• Photography skills sufficient to deliver event coverage and professional headshots
• Experience planning and managing multi-camera shoots
• Interest in growing into a team lead role as the firm’s in-house content function expands

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
