Videographer and Content Creator

We need someone who can handle both sides of the job shooting and creating content that actually performs. If your footage is shaky poorly lit or lacking direction this role will expose you. You must know how to plan a shoot execute it cleanly and turn it into short form content that holds attention. If you rely on basic presets or slow editing you are not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities
Plan film and edit high quality videos for social media
Shoot product lifestyle and behind the scenes content with proper lighting and composition
Edit short form videos with strong pacing smooth transitions and clean audio
Create content ideas based on trends and brand goals
Prepare platform specific versions for Instagram TikTok Facebook and YouTube
Organize footage manage project files and maintain a clean workflow
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine concepts and improve quality
Track performance insights and improve future content based on data

Requirements
Strong shooting and editing skills
Experience with DSLR mirrorless or high quality phone cameras
Proficiency in Premiere Pro CapCut Lightroom or similar tools
Understanding of storytelling hooks retention and platform behavior
Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
A portfolio that proves professional capability
Full time availability onsite in Lahore
