Videographer and Editor (Freelancer) - French Speaking

About the Project
We are looking for a talented Videographer and Editor to collaborate with our French Team on an upcoming YouTube project. The project involves filming and editing one full season for a YouTube channel, consisting of 6 long form episodes, each approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

This is a part time, project based engagement rather than a full time role. The timeline may vary depending on production needs approximately 3-4 months.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit one season of YouTube content, 6 episodes in total

Deliver high quality, cinematic and documentary style visuals

Edit long form content with a strong narrative and storytelling approach

Collaborate closely with the French Team throughout production

Ensure consistency in visual style and storytelling across all episodes

Requirements

Fluent French speaker, essential
Proven experience in cinematic or documentary style videography
Strong editing skills with a solid portfolio of long form content
Experience working on interviews, storytelling projects, or YouTube formats
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams

Nice to Have
Previous experience working on YouTube series or digital content channels
Ability to manage timelines and deliverables independently
