About Us

Serdar Properties is a real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai, specializing in off-plan and luxury property sales. We are looking for a creative media professional who can manage videography, photography, and design to support our sales and marketing team.

Role Overview

This role covers full media production: property shoots, video tours, editing, and creating marketing designs for both online and offline campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a proven creative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot professional videos and photos of real estate projects (interiors, exteriors, lifestyle)
• Produce property walkthroughs, drone videos (if certified), and promotional reels
• Edit content for social media, websites, and property portals
• Design marketing material including brochures, presentations, and social posts
• Maintain organized media files and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as videographer/photographer/editor (real estate preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio of property or architecture work (must provide link when applying)
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques
• Driving license preferred (for travel to property locations)
• Based in UAE and available to join immediately

What We Offer

• Salary AED 4,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience)
• Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE law
