- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with video shooting, storyboarding, motion graphics, and animation.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formats for various platforms.
4. Cross-Media Proficiency
- Creating multimedia content for web, social media, print, and marketing campaigns.
- Designing visuals for both static and dynamic platforms (motion graphics, GIFs, etc.).
5. Strategic and Creative Thinking
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that incorporate photography and video.
- Strong storytelling skills to convey brand messages visually.
6. Software & Tools
- Expertise in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and video/photography hardware.
7. Project Management & Collaboration
- Managing multimedia projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, content, and product).
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Producing and editing high-quality photo and video content for promotional materials, ads, and digital platforms.
- Conceptualizing creative campaigns integrating visuals, animations, and videos.
2. Photo & Video Editing
- Retouching photos, enhancing image quality, and editing raw footage into polished videos.
- Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance multimedia content.
3. Branding & Visual Identity
- Ensuring all photo and video content aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Designing cohesive campaigns integrating graphics, photography, and video.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborating with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
- Mentoring team members and offering creative direction for multimedia projects.
5. Platform Optimization
- Creating and optimizing photo/video content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ensuring quality and compatibility for web, mobile, and print applications.
6. Content Strategy & Innovation
- Staying updated with trends in photography, video production, and digital media.
- Developing innovative visual concepts that engage audiences effectively.
