Videographer & Social Media Marketing Specialist

El Toro Auto Group is seeking a creative and driven Videographer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video and digital content that showcases our dealerships, vehicles, employees, and customer experiences at Ford of Boerne and Ford of Pleasanton

The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, understands social media trends, and has strong experience with video editing software and digital content production.

Responsibilities

Plan, film, and produce high-quality video and photo content for use across social media, TV, websites, and digital marketing campaigns

Create engaging content featuring vehicle walkarounds, dealership promotions, employee highlights, customer testimonials, and event coverage (some events on Saturdays and evenings) Edit and produce professional video content using industry-standard editing software Manage and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Apple Maps, and other dealership platforms Collaborate with dealership leadership and sales teams to develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional content Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to improve content strategy

Qualifications

• Experience with video production, filming, and editing
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
• Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand presentation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between dealership locations
