Videographer and Video Editor

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

About the role:

We are looking for a talented and creative videographer and Photographer to join our team. The videographer/Photographer will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content or photos for a variety of projects, including events, commercials, and promotional programmes. The successful candidate will have a passion for videography/Photography, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

● Capturing photos and videos of events, places, and people, including high-level executive appointees.

●Pre-production planning involving meeting with clients to discuss their vision for the project, identifying the equipment needed, scouting locations, and creating a shot list.

●After the footage has been captured, the videographer/Photographer may be responsible for editing and post-production tasks like colour correction, audio mixing, and adding special effects.

●Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment as needed, including cameras, lighting, and equipment.

●Depending on the project, the videographer/Photographer may be responsible for contributing creative ideas for shots, angles, and storytelling.

●Throughout the project, the videographer/Photographer must communicate regularly with the client to ensure that their vision is being met and to make any necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in Professional videography/ Professional Photography.

· Good knowledge of lighting techniques and how to use them to create the desired effect in each shot.

· Proficient in camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing.

· Must be willing to travel.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· A portfolio demonstrating your videography and photography skills.
