Videographer and Video Editor

We are seeking a dynamic Videographer & Content Creator to lead all visual content production for our company. The role requires hands-on involvement in property shoots, agent branding, corporate events, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be agile, creative, and consistently available for on-site shoots and company events, delivering high-quality video and visual content aligned with our brand identity.

What you would do?:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, off-plan projects, walkthroughs, and promotional campaigns
• Cover all company events, launches, broker meetings, awards, and corporate gatherings for video and photography
• Create short-form and long-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute content strategies and campaign requirements
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, transitions, captions, music, and brand consistency
• Manage lighting, audio, framing, and camera setup across indoor and outdoor shoots
• Maintain an organized content library and ensure timely delivery of final outputs
• Stay updated on real estate content trends, social media formats, and visual storytelling techniques
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are maintained across all content

What we're looking for?:

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Creator (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
• Creative eye for composition, motion, and storytelling
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events when required
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-ground environments
