Role Overview

We are looking for a creative powerhouse to serve as our Videographer & Video Editor. You will be responsible for the entire production lifecycle, from conceptualizing and shooting high-intensity workout reels to editing polished member transformation stories and promotional ads. Your goal is to capture the premium energy of Vostro World and translate it into viral-ready content that inspires our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Shooting: Plan and execute video shoots, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording within the club.
• Fitness Cinematography: Capture dynamic movement, tracking weights during lifts, and focusing on the raw emotion and effort of our members and trainers.
• Post-Production: Edit raw footage into engaging short-form (Reels/TikToks) and long-form (YouTube/Ads) content.
• Creative Enhancements: Apply advanced color grading, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics to ensure a "luxury fitness" aesthetic.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to produce content that supports monthly campaigns and membership drives.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of all raw and edited footage for future marketing use.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Equipment Mastery: Skilled in handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and studio lighting.
• Social Media Trend Awareness: A deep understanding of current trending audio and editing styles popular on Instagram and TikTok.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel specifically featuring sports, fitness, or high-energy lifestyle content.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
