We are seeking a Videographer / Content Creator who is responsible for producing high-quality video and visual content that aligns with our brand identity, engages our audience, and supports marketing and communication goals. This role involves end-to-end production, including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, ads, YouTube)
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize content ideas that support brand and campaign objectives
- Capture compelling footage including interviews, behind-the-scenes, product showcases, tutorials, and events
- Edit videos using appropriate styles, pacing, music, sound design, and graphics to enhance storytelling
- Create short-form and long-form content tailored for each platform (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube videos)
- Manage lighting, audio, and camera setup during shoots (in studio or on location)
- Maintain organized file management and version control of all video assets
- Stay updated with trends in video content, formats, and social platform algorithms
- Occasionally assist with still photography, graphics, or other media content creation
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in videography, content creation, or related media production
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong filming skills with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, compression, and platform requirements
- Experience creating content specifically for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or Canva Pro is a plus)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing past video and content work required
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong)
