Role Overview:

• We’re looking for a talented professional who can plan, direct, and execute high-quality video shoots from concept to completion. This role requires both creative vision and technical expertise — from arranging actors and managing shoot logistics to operating the camera and ensuring every frame is visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize shoots end-to-end, from concept to final delivery
• Arrange and coordinate actors, models, crew, and shoot locations
• Direct on-set performances to ensure desired creative output
• Operate cameras and assist in filming for optimal quality
• Set up lighting, props, and scenes to match the creative vision
• Work closely with the creative team to align with scripts and brand guidelines
• Manage shoot equipment, resources, and budgets efficiently
• Review and approve footage on-site to maintain quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in directing and videography
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting setups, and filming techniques
• Creative eye with attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Ability to work collaboratively with talent and production teams
