We are hiring a short-form and long-form videographer for Amin Shaykho's Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat. Amin has over 3 million followers and 7 billion views and is known for making the world's largest snacks, food reviews, and more. His videos reach millions of viewers each month.

Amin made Forbes 30 Under 30, is a TED Talk speaker, ex-Apple software engineer, and graduated from the University of Washington. Shaykho has been featured on Fox News, NBC, and many more publications.

Job Role

• We’re looking for talented individuals who can:
• Film short-form videos (vertical) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Film long-form videos (horizontal) for YouTube
• Capture strong coverage: wide/medium/close-up shots, reactions, and detail shots
• Help direct and structure scenes so the story is clear and entertaining
• Set up and monitor audio (lav/shotgun basics) and lighting when needed
• Organize footage and transfer files to editors quickly (same day when possible)
• (Optional) Do basic editing or selects (rough cuts / best-take notes) to speed up the editing process
• (Optional) Be data driven and help analyze what’s working to improve future videos
• (Optional) Keep up with trends and suggest new filming styles to grow pages

Job Qualifications

• Experience with filming (required); experience filming creators or social content is a plus
• You understand short-form pacing (hooks, movement, close-ups, storytelling)
• You have strong camera fundamentals: framing, focus, exposure, stabilization, clean audio
• Familiar with at least one editing workflow (Final Cut Pro / Premiere / DaVinci / After Effects) even if you’re not the main editor
• You must spend a good amount of time on social media (TikTok/Instagram/Snap) and understand what performs
• Fast learner — you will be expected to learn new skills and improve quickly
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines
• (Optional) Experience shooting both vertical and horizontal content on the same production day
• (Optional) Experience growing social media pages or improving retention/engagement through better filming

Location

• Most video shoots are in Washington (Greater Seattle Area)
• Some video shoots require travel, and approved travel costs are covered by the company, such as Los Angeles, New York, Miami, etc.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
