Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos of our real estate projects, events, and campaigns.
• Capture engaging photo and video content for social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas to showcase properties and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage content calendars and deliver content aligned with marketing objectives.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create compelling storytelling visuals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer/content creator, preferably in real estate or related industries
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong photography and editing skills
• Knowledge of social media trends and ability to create viral/engaging content
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Dubai (candidates available to join immediately will be preferred)
