Videographer cum Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer cum Video Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content for real estate projects, advertisements, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling video content, hooks, and concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Capture high-quality footage for real estate listings, lifestyle, and promotional videos.
• Edit videos with attention to storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, editing styles, and social media formats.
• Provide creative inputs and ideas to enhance content quality and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely submission of projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media content creation for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output consistently.

Preferred:

• Experience in Dubai real estate content creation will be an added advantage.
