Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer cum Video Editor to conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging visual content for our real estate, interior fit-out, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling and a passion for creating visually compelling content tailored for digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

· Capture professional footage for real estate listings, lifestyle shoots, and corporate branding.

· Edit and deliver polished videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.

· Stay current with digital trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.

· Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align video content with business objectives.

· Manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery of all content.

· Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to overall content strategy.

Requirements

· Proven experience in videography and video editing (real estate experience preferred).

· Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and content optimization.

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.

· Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience in Dubai real estate or interior fit-out videography.

· Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, or drone videography is a plus.
