Scope
This role requires planning, creation, and design editing skills and as part of the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the visual identity and visual content creation of the brand. With a focus on photography and videography of events and the brand’s assets, you will enhance the online experience on the website and social media and plan out the brand video content for the wider portfolio.
You must have excellent creative and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritize, be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable. A positive, strategic, and problem-solving attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to drive creativity and top-of-the-range visual content are all essential for this role.
Within this role, you will also support coordinating the overall strategic focus of the Social platforms, all its visuals, photography, videography, copywriting, and campaign content. You will also work closely with the Marketing team on all digital and social media content and the strategy around it.
Content Creation:
- Visual and text content creation for social media and overall digital marketing purposes (targeted to organic as well as advertising-specific content).
- Serve as the brands’ primary videographer and photographer for conceptualizing and producing quality, trendy and impactful content that promotes the space, food, staff & experience.
- Proactively organize video and photoshoots with different departments for regular social media content.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography including editing and post-production using the latest software for the finest result for printing, web, and other channels.
- Own the entire creative process from brief and operational organization to setup and final shoot - these include project conception and high-quality production of images and videos.
- Prepare production scripts, and briefs based on an understanding of the company's requirements to produce fine results.
- Works with Marketing Team to develop digital and social media timelines coinciding with new promotions or other brand messages.
- Align with the Marketing team to ensure message integration.
- Keep up to date with marketing trends, competitors, new communication techniques, influencers, and the digital ecosystem, to explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience groups.
- Always bring creative growth strategies to table.
- Manage & monitor content on brands and MAD Corporate owned and third-party channels, including community management.
Social Media:
- Work alongside the marketing team to set up a SM strategy, content calendars per platform, and think of creative campaigns to reach business objectives (including influencer collaborations, Facebook group collaborations & more).
- Curate media content for events, stand-alone campaigns, and other projects.
- Schedule content to be published on social media at ideal times.
- Upload creative content onto the company's website and online drives.
- Social reporting, learnings, and recommendations.
- Lead campaign and social creative copywriting as well as ensuring the wider business reflects the tone of voice guidelines.
- Can be reactive to content trends and key customer moments to drive viral moments and social engagement.
Requirements:
- Should have experience – 3 to 4 years in similar designation or portfolio.
- Able to deliver high-quality video, photography, and designs.
- Post-production and editing of video and photography.
- Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive.
- Good, and creative writer, with high attention to detail in correct spelling and punctuation.
- Strong command of the English language both written and spoken.
- A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
