Elaan needs experienced VideoGrapher / VideoCreator/VideoEditor with a strong background in high-rise projects. The ideal candidate must possess an active and verified network of investors, dealers, and end-users, along with proven expertise in real estate sales and development across Islamabad.

Candidate should be able to:

• Produce visually compelling videos highlighting high-rise project progress, ensuring clear communication of construction milestones.
• Capture aerial and ground footage of sites, showcasing architectural features and urban landscape integration effectively.
• Deliver professional editing that enhances project branding, emphasizing luxury, scale, and modern construction aesthetics.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and marketing teams to align video content with project vision.
• Ensure timely delivery of project highlight videos for client presentations, marketing campaigns, and investor updates.
• Maintain consistency in visual style across all videos to reinforce corporate identity and project branding.
• Utilize latest video tools and techniques to create innovative, engaging content highlighting project uniqueness.
• Document construction phases comprehensively to provide stakeholders with accurate, transparent, and impactful visual progress reports.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
