We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality real estate video content that showcases properties and strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Edit and produce professional real estate videos, including property walkthroughs, promotional videos, client interviews, and brand campaigns.

* Shoot high-quality property videos using professional camera equipment.

* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging video concepts aligned with brand objectives.

* Enhance videos using background music, sound effects, voiceovers, color grading, and motion graphics.

* Organize and manage raw footage and edited files for future use and easy access.

* Optimize videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

* Stay updated with the latest video editing tools, techniques, and content trends.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in video shooting and editing (Real Estate experience preferred).

* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

* Must own a professional camera and required video equipment.

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team environment.
