Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, awareness campaigns, and brand communication. The role requires professionalism and sensitivity while working in a child-focused therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality videos for therapy sessions, events, campaigns, and testimonials
• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for social media, website, and promotional use
• Add subtitles, music, transitions, motion graphics, and branding elements
• Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp
• Collaborate with the marketing team on video concepts and storytelling
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Organize and manage video footage and project files
• Ensure consent, confidentiality, and ethical standards while filming

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in videography and video editing (1+ year preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting, framing, and basic audio
• Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Knowledge of social media video formats and optimization
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Professional and ethical approach in a child-centric environment
• Diploma or degree in Media, Film, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred
• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000 - 30,000 per month
