Job Overview

Mastered Skill Academy is looking for a creative and skilled Full-Time Videographer cum Video Editor who can handle both video shooting and editing. The role involves creating engaging visual content for marketing, branding, social media, and educational purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos (reels, promotional videos, testimonials, events, classroom sessions)
• Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and paid advertisements
• Add text, captions, transitions, background music, and basic motion graphics
• Ensure brand consistency and professional output
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and execution
• Deliver projects on time as per schedule
• Manage and maintain video equipment and media files

Required Skills

• Strong videography and video editing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio
• Experience in creating short-form content (Reels & Ads)
• Basic motion graphics knowledge is an added advantage
• Creative storytelling ability

Eligibility

• Proven experience or strong portfolio
• Own camera equipment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Full-time availability for on-site work

Salary

• Fixed Monthly Salary (Based on experience and skill level)
• Performance-based incentives (if applicable)
• Salary will be discussed during the interview
