Videographer for Social Media

Job description:

AMJ Marketing Group is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Videographer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for capturing compelling short-form video content for our diverse range of clients across New Jersey and New York City. If you have a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

-Travel to client locations throughout New Jersey and New York City to capture high-quality, short-form video content.

-Conceptualize and execute creative video shoots that align with client marketing goals and brand aesthetics.

-Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively.

-Conduct interviews and capture B-roll footage as needed.

-Edit raw footage into engaging and polished short-form videos optimized for various social media platforms via CapCut (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

-Incorporate text overlays, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.

-Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and client specifications.

-Manage and organize video files and assets.

-Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, video techniques, and editing software.

-Collaborate with the AMJ Marketing Group team to ensure content meets strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio of short-form video content.

-Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut).

-Familiarity with various camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording techniques.

-Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their video best practices.

-Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities.

-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients.

-Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations in NJ and NYC.

-Flexibility to accommodate varying client schedules.
