Role Overview

The Videographer will bring Iventom’s client stories to life through powerful and visually engaging video content. The role combines technical proficiency in filming and editing with a strong understanding of storytelling for social media and corporate communication. The candidate must work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce video content for corporate films, brand stories, social media, and event coverage.
• Conceptualize and execute short-form video content optimized for digital and social platforms.
• Capture interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional materials that reflect brand tone and messaging.
• Edit videos using advanced techniques to enhance pacing, sound, and visual narrative.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop content that aligns with campaign objectives and client strategies.
• Manage video shoots including lighting, sound, camera setup, and direction.
• Organize, archive, and maintain video assets for internal and client use.
• Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high production value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, especially for corporate and social media content.
• Proficiency with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, and pacing.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure during live events or tight deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of professional video work across corporate and digital formats.
