Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Producer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video production to join our content team. You will be responsible for producing compelling video content from concept to final delivery across digital platforms, helping to communicate our brand story, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, internal communications, and branded content.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop ideas into storyboards and video scripts.
- Shooting & Directing: Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on set; direct talent and manage on-site production logistics.
- Post-Production: Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Add graphics, sound, music, and other post-production elements.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, brand guidelines, and quality standards are met.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring appropriate formats, lengths, and messaging.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured video library, raw footage, and project files.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in video production (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder).
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a good sense of pacing, timing, and music synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with camera operation (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras), lighting, and sound.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and social media video specifications.
