Position Overview

We are looking for a videographer who is also willing to work hands-on in the field. This is a unique hybrid role where you will help capture, edit and post content (video/photo) while also participating in day-to-day service jobs.

This role is ideal for someone creative, hardworking, and looking to grow into a leadership role while helping build a brand.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Availability

• 40-50 hours per week (hours may vary)
• Rotating Saturdays are required

Responsibilities

• Capture video and photo content of jobs, team members, and projects
• Edit, organize and post content for social media
• Assist with residential and commercial service tasks (moving, hauling, etc.)
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain high-quality work standards
• Document job sites and highlight services for marketing
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with videography or content creation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs
• Comfortable working in different environments (indoor/outdoor)
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
