Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Videographer + Motion Artist to join our in-house team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone passionate about video production and visual storytelling through motion graphics. You’ll play a key role in producing engaging videos for digital platforms – from podcasts and promos to social campaigns and internal training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, film, and edit video content for social media, marketing, and internal use (podcasts, testimonials, training, HR lifestyle videos, etc.)

● Handle full post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final output formatting for different platforms.

● Design and animate motion graphics to elevate video content.

● Set up and operate professional video, audio, and lighting equipment

● Collaborate with creative, marketing, and HR teams to develop compelling concepts and storyboards.

● Maintain consistency in visual branding across all video and animation content.

● Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

● Organize and archive raw footage and project files

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field

● Hands-on experience with video production and post-production workflows

● Proficiency in:

○ Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent

○ Motion Graphics/Animation Tools: After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar

● Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, and audio capture

● Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for detail and visual composition

● Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills

● Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow within a creative, fast-paced environment
